TCPAClass.com is a project of Perrong Law LLC. Reports sent through this site are reviewed by Andrew Perrong, a lawyer who handles Telephone Consumer Protection Act matters.

What we look for

We're selective on purpose. The reports we can do the most with involve a company you can name, calling with a prerecorded or artificial voice, especially when the calls are meant for someone else and the person getting them has saved voicemails or a call log. We usually can't do much about anonymous scam calls from spoofed numbers.

Much of our work is class action litigation. We investigate cases where a company's calling practices may have affected many people, not just a single recipient, and a well-documented report from one person is often how those cases start.

About our phone number pages

Our phone number pages summarize public complaint data from the Federal Trade Commission's Do Not Call program. We publish pages only for a limited set of numbers that consumers have recently reported many times for prerecorded calls, and we archive a page when the reports stop. Those reports come from consumers and aren't verified by the FTC. We don't claim that any company placed any call unless that has been independently verified, and we say so on each page.
