Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TCPAClass.com, operated by Perrong Law LLC ("we"), collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you submit a report: your name, email, phone number and state, and the details you give us about the calls you received.
• Voicemails you attach. Audio files you upload are stored securely on our server and sent to our lawyers by email. They are never published or shared outside the firm and its service providers.
• Technical information. Your IP address, browser user-agent, and the page you came from, which we use to prevent abuse and spam. Our web server keeps standard access logs for a limited time.
• Phone numbers you look up. Lookups are processed to show you a result. We don't use them to contact you.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information. We set one strictly necessary cookie to protect the report form from forged submissions.

The report form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply to that service.

How we use it

We use your report to evaluate whether we may be able to help you, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of what we were told. Lawyers and staff at Perrong Law LLC can see reports. We may use service providers (for example, email and hosting) that process information on our behalf.

Confidentiality

We treat reports as confidential. Sending a report does not create an attorney-client relationship, so please don't send confidential information beyond what the form asks for until a lawyer has agreed to review your matter.

How long we keep it

We keep reports as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and document them and to meet our professional obligations. You can ask us to delete your report, subject to any legal duty to keep it.

Public FTC data

Our phone number pages show totals drawn from the FTC's public Do Not Call complaint data. That data doesn't include the names of the consumers who filed reports, and we don't publish their cities or any other detail that could identify them.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
